May 2021 SAS Competition Winners

The warm conditions produced another great month for our SAS competition. Joel Simmon’s new Mets Lake record was our pick for first place this month. His 37lb common took a trimmed down MTN pop-up over matching crushed boilie. Second place went to Chris Gilbert who also banked a mid-thirty while Mehmed Syuleyman grabbed third with two nice looking thirties. Lastly Alex O’Brien took the junior honours with a mid-twenty common.

As we have done every year since it’s launch, all the month’s catches count towards our yearly prize. Who will follow in Mick Cork’s footsteps our 2020/21 winner and take this year’s crown and win a place on the team?
