With my best mate Srecko, we decided we’d fish a one day session at one of the lakes in Slovenia. I haven’t had time for a longer session lately so I was really happy with the outcome of this very short trip which produced some enormous carp for both of us.
By fishing with a variety of different wafters over Source boilies and a mixture of Dynamite mixed pellets and particles, I landed a number of carp including a nice mirror at 46lb.
Kristof’s biggest carp of the trip was this 46lb mirror.
Whilst my carp was big, it wasn’t the largest of the session as Srecko managed to slip his net under this 54lb monster!
Srecko’s 54lber was the largest of the trip!
Not to mention an incredible grass carp of 52lb!
Not bad for a grass carp, eh?
All our carp came to a mixture of Dynamite wafters fished over a bed of Source boilies, Dynamite mix pellets and mix of particles. The different wafters proved to be a really good choice and we caught a range of carp on them!
