August 2021 SAS Competition Winners

The cooler conditions helped carper’s bank some amazing fish throughout August and once again we had a fair few reports enter our inbox. Adam Grant picked up his first bait prize of the campaign with a stunning 40lb 15oz fish known as the ‘Big Common’ from his Midlands syndicate. Youngster Jonathan Smith followed up with another lovely common on the Monster Tiger at a tad over 33lb. Jake Waterman made up the podium with a leathery thirty while the junior prize was once again won by Joshua Woolley.

As we have done every year since it’s launch, all the month’s catches count towards our yearly prize. Who will follow in Mick Cork’s footsteps our 2020/21 winner and take this year’s crown and win a place on the team?
