Our Journey To Become Carbon Neutral

Dynamite angling to become carbon neutral by 2027

With our commitment to become the first carbon neutral bait manufacturer working together to secure the future of our planet for generations to come, sustainability is now at the heart of everything we do.

Our manufacturing site and offices are all now converted to the most efficient LEDs, timers and sensors.  As of the 1^st June, electricity from our suppliers has been derived from 100% renewable energy. In May we commissioned phase one of our solar PV project resulting in us significantly reducing our overall CO2e emissions with half of our site supported by our own solar PV panels.

But, this is just the start of the journey, as noted by our Co-Managing Directors Duncan Lennox and Daryl Hodges who said “We have been so pleased with the direct carbon savings over the last few months that we are looking at further opportunities for solar PV panel investment.  Moreover, we are also investigating other investment opportunities to explore more creative ways to reduce our carbon footprint.  Nothing is ‘off the table’ and we are considering transport, fuel, water, packaging, etc. These really are exciting times with huge opportunities for improvements!”
