Production Operative – Boilie Manufacture

Based at our UK head office near Nottingham, we have an exciting opportunity for a proactive production operative to join our fast-paced production team and play a key role in driving the future success of the business supporting all our teams and developing relationships. You’ll be working within our production line mainly focused on the manufacture of boilies but also across site learning other department processes when required to offer cover and flexibility for our teams.

OVERALL OBJECTIVES
Working as a team, efficiently manufacture the highest quality fishing bait
KEY TASKS
- Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency across the manufacture of all bait products
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production targets
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times
- Take responsibility for maintaining a clean safe working environment
- Take responsibility for the setting up and accurate preparation of all production duties
- Maintain high standards of paperwork
General Responsibility for:
- The manufacture of bait in that department
- Maintaining a safe, tidy and efficient workspace
- Consistent standards of timekeeping / output
- Maintain good working relationships with other departments

- Working hours: 06:00 to 18:00 (Mon-Thurs) – Must be flexible to the requirements of the business.
